Cobb Festival Singers will have their Inaugural Season Finale Concert on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 6:00 pm, as part of the 2nd Annual Marietta Festival of Music. Also performing in this FREE concert are the Northside Young Singers and William Baker Festival Singers of Atlanta. The 90-minute concert will be held at St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church, 571 Holt Road in Marietta, GA. The program will include classical works by Handel, Purcell and Hassler, modern selections by Taverner and Nystedt, and a diversity of American spirituals, folk hymns and gospel songs. The ensemble is lead by Lynn Swanson, Music Director & Conductor.
