Under the leadership of Music Director William Baker and Associate Music Director Gabe Combs, Kansas City Bronze, a five-octave handbell ensemble from Roeland Park, Kansas culminates their fourth season with a thrilling program of ambitious concert pieces in three local concerts, the second one at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
The program includes "Outburst" and "Reflections" by Karen Lakey Buckwalter, "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty" by Cathy Moklebust, "Reunir" and "Psalm of Peace" by William Payn, "Toccata on 'King's Weston'" by Matthew Compton, "Be Thou My Vision" by Julie Stitt, and "Passacaglia" by Kevin McChesney.
