The William Baker Festival Singers offer Choral Evensong in the nave of the historic St. Mary's Episcopal Church in downtown Kansas City. The Festival Singers is Chorus in Residence at the magnificent c1880 church. Associate Music Director Christine Freeman leads an extended choral prelude of anthems, along with liturgical settings of Vaughan Williams and hymns. Featured works include Durufle: UBI CARITAS; Bruckner: CHRISTUS FACTUS EST and Esenvalds: O SALUTARIS HOSTIA. This is a public service of Christian worship.
