Vox Venti, under the leadership of Music Director Ed Frazier Davis, presents a concert of music on the theme of nurturing. The centerpiece of the evening will be To the Hands by Pulitzer Prize-winner Caroline Shaw for choir and string quintet. Also featured will be works by Nathaniel Dett, Ēriks Ešenvalds, and Daniel Godsil, a world premiere by Vox Venti director Ed Frazier Davis, and Visions of a Child by Chickasaw composer Jerod Impichchaachaaha' Tate in celebration of Indigenous People’s Day.
