The William Baker Festival Singers open their 23rd concert season in Kansas City with a diverse one-hour performance of classic works by Johannes Brahms, Hildegard von Bingen, William Mathias, Orlando Gibbons, and William Byrd, along with the beloved acappella choir's signature early American hymns and spirituals. The concert features premiers of works by Composer in Residence Sean Sweeden and the Director of the Institute for Choral Creativity, Ed Frazier Davis.
Seating will be limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. Masks and social distancing will be required. The William Baker Festival Singers and the Choral Foundation are certified through the Missouri Arts Council ArtSafe Certification Program.
