Music Director Andrew Phillip Schmidt & the New South Festival Singers performs The Story of Love to open their 34th concert season. The one-hour program of diverse repertoire includes works by modern composers Eric Whitacre, Eric William Barnum, Leonard Bernstein, and Bob Chilcott, along with classic works by Tomas Luis da Victoria and Felix Mendelssohn, American folk songs and spirituals in arrangements by Simon Carrington, James Erb, Norman Luboff and Paul John Rudoni.
